Simons Muirhead Burton have advised Cube Management Limited, the management team appointed to advise South Downs Investments LP, following its £152m acquisition of SA African listed, Atlantic Leaf.

South Downs is a wholly owned subsidiary of private equity fund, Apollo Global Management.

The deal was led by Partner, Peter Weiss, head of our Corporate, Commercial and Finance team, who was assisted by Associate, Lucy Newman.
