Simons Muirhead Burton is delighted to share that our talented team of legal experts have raised a whopping £21,143.34 after completing the arduous 24 Peaks Challenge in September.
As part of our efforts for our Charity of The Year, The Motor Neurone Disease Association, a team from SMB embarked on the 24 Peaks Challenge, raising over £21,000.
The challenging hike covered 50 km through the Lake District, taking our team to the top of several renowned peaks such as Scafell Pike and Helvellyn, with the SMB team trekking for around 12 hours each day.
Speaking on the challenge and the stellar sum raised, Senior Associate and chair of SMB’s CSR Committee, John Harrington said:
“The challenge was incredibly difficult but the team was amazing and we are delighted to have raised so much money for MNDA.”
