SMB is pleased to announce it has advised client Spencer Pollard and the other shareholders of KFilm Limited on the sale of Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment/Kaleidoscope Film Distribution and Icon Film Distribution to John Gore Media Limited, the owner of Hammer Films.
The SMB team was lead by Partner in our Film and TV department, James Greenslade and Corporate Partner Peter Weiss, with support from Robert Hepburn, Jenny Constable, Tamara Ludlow, Krista Barnes and Julia Hartmann and John Harrington.
Speaking on the deal, Partner James Greenslade said: “We are pleased to have helped put together this high profile deal in the UK film distribution sector, working efficiently and quickly to get it concluded in a very short timescale before the Budget.”
