Paul Glassberg and Al Zucker join us this month as we continue to invest in our Corporate & Finance practice in response to growing client demand. Their combined experience further strengthens our ability to advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, fundraising, corporate advisory matters and other strategic transactions.

Together, Paul and Al bring extensive experience advising entrepreneurs, investors, founder-led businesses and established companies at critical stages of their development. Paul joins SMB with more than 20 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, investors and businesses on complex corporate transactions. Al brings a distinctive combination of private practice and in-house experience, advising venture capital-backed businesses, founder-led companies and acquisitive growth businesses. His broad commercial perspective enables him to support clients through strategic transactions while remaining focused on the commercial realities and objectives behind every deal.
