Yasma joined SMB in July 2022 as a paralegal in the Corporate Team. She started her training contract in October 2023 and has qualified into Corporate and Commercial Law. As a trainee, she has completed seats in Corporate & Commercial, Crime, and Family Law. Yasma has qualified into the Corporate Team at SMB after completing her training contract.
She has experience with various corporate transactions including M&A, investment rounds, share buybacks, company restructures/reorganisations and other Companies Act provisions.
