Yasma Qirreh

Yasma joined SMB in July 2022 and works as a Paralegal in the Corporate team. Yasma assists with various corporate transactions including M&A and company reorganisations by drafting/preparing relevant legal documentation. She has worked on transactions involving both national and international companies and clients. She also has experience with company secretarial responsibilities by updating statutory company registers and filing forms at Companies House.

Before this, Yasma worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm for over a year with experience in a range of legal areas including Commercial, Property, Family, and Employment Law as well as Litigation. She has experience drafting various agreements and court documents.

Yasma also has experience working at an international law firm in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications department and has completed two mini-pupillages at criminal chambers.

Yasma is a member of SMB’s Corporate Social Responsibility group.
