SMB has advised the majority shareholders of long-standing client, Exile Group on its minority stake sale to private equity firm Bridgepoint.
Exile, founded in 2013, is a market-leading provider of news, insights and data intelligence and a creator of specialist events for professionals across commodities, project, export, trade and development finance.
The transaction sees Bridgepoint become a minority shareholder of Exile whilst the founders and management team retain majority ownership and continue to lead the business into its exciting new chapter.
